What should I wear for a desert safari?

We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing made from natural fabrics. For daytime activities, light colors are best to reflect heat. Bring a light jacket or sweater for evenings as desert temperatures drop considerably after sunset. Closed shoes are essential for walking on sand. Don't forget sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen.

Is the desert safari suitable for children?

Our sunset and trekking tours are suitable for children aged 6 and above. The overnight safari is recommended for children 8 and above. The self-drive safari requires all drivers to be 21+ with a valid driving license. For safety reasons, pregnant women and people with back problems should avoid dune bashing activities.

What is included in the tour price?

All our tour prices include transportation from Abu Dhabi city, specified meals and refreshments, experienced guides, all activities mentioned in the tour description, and basic insurance. For the overnight safari, camping equipment and bedding are provided. Personal expenses, additional activities, and gratuities are not included.

How do I prepare for the desert climate?

The desert climate is extremely dry with significant temperature variations. Drink plenty of water before and during the tour (we provide bottled water). Use high SPF sunscreen, wear sunglasses and a hat. For overnight stays, bring personal toiletries and any medication you might need.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48-24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable. In case of severe weather conditions that make the tour unsafe, we offer rescheduling or full refunds.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most other dietary requirements with advance notice. Please mention any dietary restrictions during booking or contact us at least 24 hours before your tour.
