Welcome to Recreative Global FZE LLC. By accessing our website or booking any services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Recreative Global FZE LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides tourism and travel-related services in the United Arab Emirates. By using our website or purchasing our services, you (“the Client”, “Customer”, or “Guest”) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our website, email, or authorized third-party agents.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a required deposit, followed by an official confirmation email from us.

  • Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided during booking (names, dates, contact info) are correct.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and cash (where applicable).

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice due to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, or other external factors. However, confirmed bookings will not be subject to price changes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees generally apply (subject to specific tour rules):

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund (minus any processing fees).

  • 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24 hours or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and may take 10–14 working days to reflect in your account.

5. Changes to Itineraries

  • Force Majeure: We reserve the right to alter or cancel tours due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other “force majeure” events beyond our control.

  • Alternatives: In such cases, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.

  • Modifications: We strive to adhere to the itinerary, but minor changes may occur to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

6. Travel Documents and Insurance

  • Documentation: Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.

  • Insurance: Our packages do not include personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellations.

7. Liability and Waiver

  • Risk: Participation in tours (especially adventure activities like desert safaris or water sports) involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk.

  • Limitation of Liability: Recreative Global FZE LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the use of any vehicle or service, or through the negligence of any third-party supplier.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, guides, and other participants.

  • Compliance: Guests must adhere to the laws and cultural norms of the UAE.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour if their behavior is deemed dangerous, offensive, or disruptive, with no refund provided.

9. Photography and Media

  • By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform your tour guide in advance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
